Listed below are the Tuition Rates and Fees/Financial Obligations for the 2011-2012 School Year for Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 8 for new families
Registration Fee
The registration fee of $75 per child is collected at the time of registration. It is non-refundable.
Educational Materials Fee (E.M.F. –“Book Fees”)
The Educational Materials Fee will be $150 per child for grades K – 8; $100 per child for Pre-K. It is non-refundable. This fee will be paid in August.
Fund Raising
The Fund Raising obligation per family is $300. This is met by purchasing/selling raffles sponsored through Annunciata Church.
Bingo
Each family is obligated to work Bingo one full night for each child in school or pay an additional $150 in tuition per child.
Non-Refundable Items
Any tuition paid is not refundable if the family does not move out of the area. As mentioned above, the registration fee and the Educational Materials Fee are not refundable.
Three Ways to Save
*If a family pays the full-year tuition all at once at the beginning of the year, the family will receive a 5% tuition discount
*If a family pays one-half the full-year tuition in two payments, the family will receive 3% tuition discount.
*In Illinois—NOT INDIANA--families receive an ANNUAL $500 tax credit on their Illinois Income Tax Return

SUBSIDIZED PARISHIONER—PRE-K
(BY ARCHDIOCESAN POLICY PRE-K TUITION CANNOT BE PART OF THE FAMILY PLAN)
Full Day 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m. (Monday-Friday) $3,050 (10 payments of $305)
Partial Day 8 a.m.-11:30 a.m. (Monday-Friday) $2,550 (10 payments of $255)
NON-SUBSIDIZED PARISHIONER/NON-PARISHIONER/NON-CATHOLIC—PRE-K ONLY
Full Day 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m. (Monday-Friday) $5,000 (10 payments of $500)
Partial Day 8 a.m.-11:30 a.m. (Monday-Friday) $4,200 (10 payments of $420)
If your child will be 4 years old by September 1,2011 AND if your child can independently take care of his/her bathroom needs, you may request registration for the 2011-2012 school year.
SUBSIDIZED PARISHIONER—K through GRADE 8
(FAMILY PLAN DOES NOT INCLUDE PK—SEE ABOVE)
One Child $3,700 = (10 payments of $370)
Two Children $5,550 = (10 payments of $555)
Three Children $6,750 = (10 payments of $675)
Four or more Children $7,700 = (10 payments of $770)
PLEASE NOTE: In order to be considered a “Subsidized Parishioner”, one must be an active, participating, contributing parishioner. Failure to support your parish actively and financially may cause the Parish/School to remove your family from a subsidized tuition to a non-subsidized tuition rate. All other guidelines in the Tuition Contract for “Subsidized Parishioner” will remain the same as in the past.
NON-SUBSIDIZED / NON-PARISHIONER / NON-CATHOLIC—K Through GRADE 8
One Child $5,750 = (10 payments of $575)
Two Children $8,500 = (10 payments of $850)
Three Children $10,350 = (10 payments of $1,035)
Four or more Children $14,000 = (10 payments of $1,400)
Late Charges
Late charges are applied in the following circumstances:
(1) If the monthly payment is not received by the last day of the month that it is due, a $25 late charge will be added beginning the first day of the next month. (NOTE: Payments are due by the 10th of the month.)
(2) If payment of first month’s tuition for the new school year is not received on Contract Signing day, a late charge of $25 will be added the next day. If first month’s tuition plus the late fee is not received by June 30th, the end of the fiscal year, an additional $25 late fee will be added by July 1st.
(3) If payment for books/materials is not received on Book Fees Night, a $25/per child late fee will be added the next day. Beginning September 1st, the late charge for book fees is $50.
(4) If a check is returned to the school for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), there is a $15 fee.
